The staff were extra helpful, starting with the receptionist during check-in and the room service and house keeping. Some examples are during check-in a thorough explanation on all the hotels services and the room service delivered us fruit plate with care and kept checking all was ok. Also due to personal reasons we had to leave 1 day early, the hotel staff and booking.com did everything possible to help us get our money back for the 2nd night. Thank you

Kibbutz Hotel offers a great location, just a 25-minute drive from the Dead Sea. Free private parking is possible on site. Rooms at the Ein Gedi Kibbutz Hotel are set in the rich botanical gardens. The breakfast was a gastronomic journey. All the taste of the east were on the table! Kind staff in the restaurant. Helpful Chef explaind all the meals. The. most important, all were fresh and. tasted fantastic!

We travelled with our 5 months old baby and Boris took care of everything - he was super responsive via email and organised transfers with a baby car seat, gave us priority check in as there was a queue and we had the baby, organised a tour that suited our small baby, arranged for late check out and he even helped us book the train tickets from Jerusalem to Tel-Aviv even though we weren’t hotel guests anymore! It was my husband's birthday and he also arranged for a birthday surprise. He truly goes above and beyond for the guests and made us feel very special. The hotel facilities were also good. The rooms are well sound proof and are large and comfortable. Good breakfast and plenty of options for lunch/dinner and snacks.

The Ein Bokek bus stop which is called Hodmidibar is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and you can catch the public bus to Masada, Eilat, Jerusalem, Beersheba. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very professional and friendly. Shahah on reception was very helpful and organised a taxi for us on our last day to take us to Ben Gurion airport as we had a very early start.

Set in Ein Bokek, Milos Hotel Dead Sea offers beachfront accommodation 17 km from Masada and offers various facilities, such as an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a bar. The choice ,variety and quality of the food was excellent. The service was attentive and more than enough staff, who were there to help.
